Butterfield Bank saw its common share price drop by 10 cents (2.02 percent) on The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) yesterday.

The shares closed at $4.85, with 2,000 shares traded.

Overall the Index fell 17.47 points (0.75 percent) to 2,306.51, as 2,000 shares worth BD$9,700 and 2,397 shares worth US$27,445.65 changed hands.

The BSX Insurance Index slid 1.29 points (0.13 percent) to 972.88.
