Butterfield Bank was the only trader on The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index (BSX) yesterday.

The bank saw 1,148 shares change hands, but its share price held firm at $5.25.

Overall, the Index opened and closed at 2,327.01, with 1,148 shares worth $6,064 transacted.

The BSX Insurance Index slipped 3.17 points (0.38 percent) to 820.91.
