It proved to be a quiet day on The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index (BSX) yesterday, with the Index opening and closing at 2,575.54.

A total of 2,100 shares worth $13,650 were traded during the course of the day, as Butterfield Bank accounted for all of the shares traded.

The BSX Insurance Index, however, fell 14.61 points (2.32 percent) to 613.69.
