In a filing to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) Jupiter Hyde Park Hedge Fund announced that, effective 27 May, 2010, Reef Hogg had resigned as a director of the fund and Garth Lorimar Turner was appointed in his stead.

Both Messrs Hogg and Turner are employees of the Jupiter group of companies.
