Shares in Belco fell again yesterday to $17 — marking a new year low and a $1 drop this week. Belco saw 3,700 shares change hands to close down 0.29 percent ($0.05).

Argus shares also fell to a new low, closing at $12.90 (down $0.10 or 0.76 percent) after 3,000 were traded.

The only other active stock on the day was Butterfield Bank, which closed unchanged at $11.90 after 62,957 shares were traded. Overall the index was down 4.70 (0.12 percent), closing at 3,812.98. The Bermuda Insurance Index also fell, 2.64 points to close at 895.99.
