BSBDC to hold customer service seminar
Improving customer service, particularly during an economic downturn, will be the focus for a seminar held by the Bermuda Small Business Development Corporation (BSBDC) at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess at the end of this month.
The event, which will look at ways to provide better customer service, will take place on Wednesday March 31 between 8 a.m. and 11.30 a.m.
Topics up for debate will include understanding the value of quality customer service, handling customer complaints effectively, creating a loyal customer base and obtaining and utilising customer feedback to shape an organisations' strategic plan
The event costs $50 per person, with the first 50 people to register getting in free.
