Car is recovered

Police are thanking the public for their help after a car reported stolen on Wednesday was recovered.

The purple Suzuki Alto was taken from outside a Point Shares Road, Pembroke home sometime between 8 p.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.

Yesterday morning, the car was found on Point Finger Road in Paget.

Cash stolen from home

Cash was stolen from a Sayle Road, Smith's home on Wednesday.

A Police spokesman said that sometime before 6.15 p.m., an unknown person entered the home while it was unoccupied and took a quantity of cash.
