Half of Bermuda international businesses surveyed say they have outsourced operations from the Island over the past five years, impacting 600 jobs.

The Association of Bermuda International Companies' survey also found that public education and the possibility of independence were of concern to CEOs.

Meanwhile small business owners have voiced their opinions on tomorrow's Budget and what concessions they would like to see included to boost trade during these tough economic times.
