Teen received $8,600 of stolen goods

A teenager in Magistrates' Court pleaded guilty to receiving more than $8,000 in stolen goods.
Rayshun Edwards, 19, of Tamarind Vale, Warwick, admitted receiving a flat-screen television and a large quantity of jewellery. The total value of the goods he recieved was said to be $8,670.
The incident took place on August 20 in Hamilton Parish.
Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner ordered a Social Inquiry Report for Edwards, who was told to return to court on November 18 for sentencing.
