Polish partner TI TV Holdings will be awarded several television frequencies from the Polish National Radio and television, CME said.

The nine frequencies, for northern Poland as well as Warsaw and Lodz, are to be awarded through the firms' jointly-owned company, TVN.

The television signals, covered by 11 licences, will reach an estimated seven million people.

SEA CONTAINERS TO PAY DIVIDENDS SHI Sea Containers to pay dividends Bermuda-registered Sea Containers Ltd. said yesterday it will pay regular dividends on its class A and B shares.

On the class A stock, the company will pay 19.25 cents.

On the class B stock, the company will pay a dividend of 17.5 cents per share.

Both dividends will be paid November 21.
