One of the joint presidents of the Bermuda branch of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Asociation, Senator Alf Oughton, said yesterday the Opposition UBP will be given the chance to speak later in the week.

It follows a speech by former Progressive Labour Party Senator and ex-journalist Ira Philip on the political scene in Bermuda, which was described as one-sided and biased.
