The Garnet , formerly known as Hawk One , is a multi-purpose vessel weighing 14,986 deadweight tons that was built in 1983. The vessel was acquired by the company in February and sold to unspecified Vietnamese interests.

In addition, the Monaco-based marine-shipping company said its board voted to boost its previously announced 300,000-share buyback by as many as 200,000 shares. The shares will be held as treasury stock for general corporate use.

The company has so far repurchased about 300,000 shares for the buyback that began in April.
