The 27-year-old, of Sandy Mount Lane, Warwick, admitted making an annoying phone call.

She also pleading guilty to making a false report to the Police.

Sgt. Rex Osborne, prosecuting, said the complainant had received "numerous'' telephone calls from Swan. But when Police were alerted, Swan claimed she had been the victim of nuisance calls.

"There was no record, however, of the complainant making the calls,'' added Sgt. Osborne.
