on the Bermuda Stock Exchange yesterday.Masters closed up 37.5 cents at $5 while Bank of Butterfield gained 25 cents closing at $9.75. Bank of Bermuda closed at $17.25, up 12.5 cents.

BF&M preferred fell 25 cents closing at $8.50.
Bermuda Home and Staples preferred were unchanged.
The index advanced 8.87 points closing at 940.09.
