Prosecutor Sgt. Phil Taylor said Dayan Abraham, 30, of New York arrived at the Airport on August 29 and was searched by Customs officers.

Sgt. Taylor said the officers found a black pouch containing a white powder.

Police were called and Abraham, an insurance broker in New York, was taken to St. George's Police Station where the powder was found to be 1.71 grams of cocaine.

Senior Magistrate Will Francis fined Abraham $800.
