robbery of Roosters restaurant in Court Street.

They were Roger E. Lightbourne, 26, of Devon Spring Road, Devonshire, and 18-year-old Kimani L. Fubler, of Fourth Avenue, Pembroke.

It is alleged they robbed the take-out restaurant early last Friday, armed with a stick.

They face three additional charges relating to the same incident.

The pair are accused of assaulting Mrs. Rieo Hollis and Ms Kimberley Clarke, and causing wilful damage to a cash register.

There was no bail application, and Magistrate the Wor. Cheryl-Ann Mapp remanded them in custody until February 15.

Fubler also denied another assault charge, relating to an incident in St.

George's. His trial was put off until June 23.
