in Magistrates' Court yesterday for driving while disqualified.

Parnell Carlton Emery, of Brunswick Street, pleaded guilty to the offence.

Insp. Peter Duffy, prosecuting, said on June 18 Emery was travelling on Harbour Road when he collided with a wall.

When Police arrived at the scene they discovered that Emery was disqualified from driving.

Emery also had to pay a fine of $180 for speeding at 52 kph.
