But despite Duffy's Deli receiving at least ten calls a day about the new location, it is not expected to be ready for business until the end of February.

Managing director of Coxco, the company which owns both locations, David Healey said: "We're opening the new location to expand. We cannot do any more from this location (at Wesley Street).'' And with the existing businesses on Pitts Bay Road plus the new Zurich Centre and the luxury condominiums under construction at the WaterFront, the new location is expected to do well.

"I realised it was a good location when I spotted it three years ago,'' Mr.

Healey said. "That's how long I've been going after it.

"The new place is five times larger than here.'' The added space and new staff will allow Duffy's to expand their existing menu.

"We plan to do every and anything,'' he said, "with the emphasis on freshness and quality.''
