Bermuda Supreme Court against Boston businessman Mr. Harold Stavisky.

Mr. Stavisky is a co-owner of the Hamiltonian Hotel and Island Club timeshare and condominium complex in Bermuda.

In March, 1993, he was indicted by a grand jury in Massachusetts for allegedly embezzling $150,000 from three people who hgave him money to invest in the Hamiltonian.

Details of the writ were not available yesterday.
