to perform 100 hours of community service after appearing in Magistrates' Court yesterday.

Frederick Daniels pleaded guilty to the charge on July 3 and was sentenced by Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis yesterday after he received a social inquiry report.

The court had been told that Daniels was socialising with some friends at the Ducking Stool Park in Pembroke on May 14 when he stabbed Richard Dickenson who had tried to intervene in an argument.

Dickenson was rushed to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital where he was treated for a chest wound.
