In the under-11 B final, the East beat the West by nine runs, 92 to 83 as Trott led the winners with a knock of 51 and one wicket for two runs. Derek Golding scored 21 for the West.
The West hammered the East by 112 runs in the under-11 A final, scoring 165 and then dismissing their opponents for 53. Tailenders Caines and Blair Wade led the West batting, Caines scoring 41 not out and Wade 29. Middle order batsman Gavin Manders scored 17.
The closest match saw the East beat the West by one run in the Over-11 A final.
Bermuda Cricket Umpires Association will hold an important meeting this evening at the Department of Youth and Sport boardroom (7.30). Former Western Stars player David Wilson, who has studied law, will speak on some aspects of cricket law and common law. All umpires are asked to attend.
