Marvin Sinclair Lawrence of Grace Lane, pleaded guilty to the offences which occurred on April 2.Sgt. Earl Kirby prosecuting, said Police were on patrol on North Shore Road when they spotted Lawrence travelling in a westerly direction.

He was stopped, at which time it was discovered that he was driving an unlicensed car.
Sgt. Kirby also noted that Lawrence had two previous convictions for disqualified driving and was not due back on the road until November 11, 1994.
Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis fined him $500 for driving while disqualified, $300 for having no third party insurance, and $150 for driving an unlicensed vehicle.
