to speed on all their product ranges. Miguel Cabral, assistant manager, is the latest Bermudian to benefit from this. He has just come back from a week at Chateau Louis Latour in France where he has been learning about the wine making process and taking part in tastings. Mr. Cabral has been with the company for five years and has worked his way up from the shop floor to assistant manager.
