end of the Island who are currently suffering from various illnesses, will be held at Somerset CC tomorrow night, starting at 8.00 p.m.

The game between teams featuring players from the 1970s and '80s will see a combined East/West Select, coached by Winston (Bummy) Martin, take on The Rest, coached by former Somerset Trojans Rudy Minors and Larry Hunt.

"We felt compelled to do something for the families of these ailing folks who have contributed so much to sport in general over the years with Somerset CC, from soccer to cricket, softball and golf,'' said Minors.

"For some reason a lot of people in the western end of the Island are ailing and we are attempting to help in a small way. We are charging five dollars for admission and we are urging sports fans throughout the Island to come out and show their support and enjoy what should be a fun-filled occasion,'' said Minors.

Players interested in participating are asked to simply show up at the ground by 7.30 p.m. with full playing kit.
