The victim was punched and forced to hand over his livery cycle after being subjected to threats.

The incident occurred at about 2 a.m. on Sunday as the man was riding on Curving Avenue.

Police said the man was confronted when he stopped his bike after one of the assailants asked him for a cigarette.

After being threatened, the victim got off his bike and fled to the junction of King Street and Happy Valley Road.

Two men are now helping Police with inquiries.
