Troy Eugene Albouy of Ord Road, Warwick, was stopped by Police on November 11 as he drove a motorcycle along Camp Hill Road. One of the officers had recognised him as a disqualified driver.

Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis also gave Albouy a three-month prison sentence, suspended for two years. He will be eligible to drive again in October, 1995.
