Shield semi-final double-header at Somerset between Wolves and Hamilton Parish and Boulevard and Hotels.

The matches have been rescheduled for next Tuesday at the same ground. It is the second Hotels match in a week to be postponed. Their league encounter last Friday with North Village was called off at BAA Field and will now be held on Saturday night at BAA at 9.00 p.m. The women's FA Cup match between Dandy Stars and Rude Girls, which was scheduled for tonight, has been put back to Saturday night at 7.00 at BAA Field.

Heavy showers also caused the postponement of the schools' tag rugby finals at the National Sports Club.

A total of 21 teams from Island primary schools had been due to take part in the event but the rain on Tuesday left the pitches waterlogged, said youth development officer Grant Tompkins. A new date for the competition has yet to be set.
