Gibbons Brokerage Services Ltd., which is in the process of incorporation, has also made an application to become a member of the Bermuda Stock Exchange.

Gibbons Investment Management Ltd. is part of the Gibbons financial group of services which includes Gibbons Deposit Co., and GO Card Ltd. Gibbons Investment is also working with Colonial, another Gibbons company to develop pension products. Last year the group also set up Gibbons Trust Co. Ltd. to cater to high net worth individuals who want to stash money away anomonously for tax planning, wealth protection and inheritance epurposes. Charities and institutions may also set up trusts for various reasons, including as protection from creditors.
