yesterday after she admitted throwing two plates at a car which caused nearly $500 of damage.

Mia Winters, 25, of Heathcote Drive, Sandys pleaded guilty to the November 5 offence.

Prosecutor Sgt. Phil Taylor said that Winters' ex-boyfriend went to her home to pick up his son but she denied his request for access.

An argument ensued during which time he put his finger in her face cutting her lip.

She retaliated and threw two plates at the car in which he had arrived, which caused $471.25 worth of damage.

"Both of you need to act responsibly,'' Mrs. Mapp interjected as Winters gave her version of events.

"You've got to sort out these access issues in the proper forum.''
