local company that owned the Look Modelling & Talent Agency, run by director, Karla Lacey-Minors.

The company was equally well known for one of the locally produced weekly television programme Style! Bermuda -- described as a lifestyles-oriented programme that filmed on location around the world.

Creditors next week reconvene an adjourned meeting at the law offices of Mello, Hollis, Jones & Martin.

The meeting may also resolve to choose among creditors and appoint a committee of inspection.

Meanwhile, the future of the television programme aired on VSB Television remains in doubt. The last edition of the magazine-formated series was televised earlier this summer.

Mrs. Lacey-Minors presented and hosted the programme and was also heavily involved in the modelling and talent agency, and a number of community projects.

She is the deputy chairman of the Committee for Unity and Racial Equality (CURE) and the assistant vice president of public relations of the Bermuda Telephone Company Ltd.

In a Mid Ocean News article last June, Mrs. Lacey-Minors said she wanted to make Look Ltd. profitable. She said: "In Bermuda's current economic climate, with a finite market and limits on profitability, we've run the company by barely breaking even.''
