Two St. George's men, aged 27 and 32, have been arrested and will be appearing in court later.

In a separate incident, a 75-year-old woman received cuts to her knee and hand after she was pushed to the ground and robbed of her handbag around 3 p.m. on Thursday as she was walking on Orchard Grove in Pembroke.

Though injured, the woman refused medical treatment. The thief, who was also walking, snatched the purse containing personal items and a small amount of cash. Another man chased the thief but was unable to catch him.

Police are seeking the public's assistance to locate the culprit who is described as having a light brown complexion and stocky build. He was wearing a white shirt and green trousers.
