House Speaker the Hon. Ernest DeCouto yesterday read a message of thanks from Rep. Tom Lantos, who chaired the American delegation at the recent meeting of the British-American Parliamentary Group.

The Americans, who arrived for two days of closed talks in the Senate chamber starting on May 6, thanked the House for the "efficiency of the schedule.'' Mr. Lantos said that he and his counterparts were "especially honoured to be included in the opening of the House of Assembly'' after the Easter recess.
