The Objections Tribunal postponed the Friday hearing because one of its three members, Mr. Peter Smith, was ill.
The hearing is to be re-scheduled for another day. The 1992 Bermuda Plan placed more restrictive zonings on the Catchment Hill site, which overlooks the Mid Ocean Club's golf course and the Castle Harbour golf course.
Bermuda Properties, which has plans to build more than 100 condominiums on the site, is opposed to the new zonings. The Planning Department is expected to back its arguments.
They will be opposed by the National Trust and the Mid Ocean Club.
