Dear Sir, I don't think that the dogs should be put down because who is to say that Ninja had not gone and bugged those dogs in their yard, but backed down and didn't get hurt.

Dogs are like humans, someone hurts them and they have to get back at them or get a friend to help them fight later. That may have been what happened with Ninja and the other dogs.

I would also like to say that why didn't the family call the dog warden when the first attack happened. I'm very glad it was not a child, but prevention is better than waiting until the end.
