Dear Sir, I am writing to tell you that I am absolutely appalled with the incident that happened to the Correia's dog, Ninja.

I believe that not only should the dogs be punished, but also the dog's owners. If people want to have a dog I feel that they should be responsible for taking care of it and not letting their dogs go loose.

I feel that the Correia's should have taken legal action the first time this happened. I also hope that the Correia's get over the death of their dog soon.
