As a dog owner myself I clearly see where your concern is coming from. I have also noticed the increase in illegal dog breeding.

Where I live there are Pitbulls, Akitas, Bulldogs to name a few, wandering the streets unleashed and unattended with the owner nowhere in sight. I fear not for only my safety but also the safety of the youths who stay in this residential area.

This is an issue which has been pushed to the side a bit too long now. If we don't "attack'' this problem now, it may grow to be a serious situation in the near future.
