The duo chatted and joked about the Island during second-round coverage of the Doral Ryder Open in Florida, following Mr. McCord's visit to Bermuda this week at the invitation of an exempt company.

Mr. McCord even joked how he bought drinks for all players at the Mid Ocean Club and put the bill on Mr. Wright's account.

Englishman Mr. Wright, sporting an ill-fitting Union Jack golf shirt with a Bermuda logo which Mr. McCord said he bought in Bermuda, is a long-time member of Mid Ocean and visits regularly.

Yesterday's coverage of the million-dollar tournament aired on the USA Network. It switches to CBS today, with Mr. Wright and Mr. McCord again part of the commentary team.
