Selling stakes (Bloomberg) -- Jardine Davies Inc. said it will sell stakes in lighting, liquor distribution and insurance ventures as part of restructuring.

It will also sell a 40 percent stake in Jardine Wines and Spirits Philippines Inc. and its 27.5 percent stake in Jardine Aboitiz Insurance Brokers Inc.
The three holdings being sold account for less than one tenth of Jardine Davies' consolidated assets, Jardine senior manager Gina Macatangay said.
