after analysing more than 30 submissions from interested parties.

And the report could be made public in the New Year.

Tourism Minister David Dodwell said that the report would now go before Cabinet.

"The report is finished and the committee members have all signed it,'' Mr.

Dodwell said. "It will go to Cabinet which is the normal procedure early in the New year.

"It is a full and in-depth review that not only encompassed the thoughts of the committee, but there was also a fair amount of people and organisations that wrote into the committee.

"In my view it is an exhaustive review of the subject. We achieved some good results, but to be absolutely frank it will not please everybody.

"There were strong feelings on either side. There were those persons who want to see jet skis banned and others who want their use to be unrestricted.'' Once Cabinet has seen and discussed the contents of the report it may be made public. A decision on that will be reached in the New Year.
