all vehicles for 12 months after he pleaded guilty in Magistrates' Court last week to failing to provide a Police officer with a breath sample.

Mateo Ocejo, who was on the Island on a three-match rugby tour with Queens University, committed the offence last Sunday.

Sgt. Kenrick James prosecuting, said that Police noticed Ocejo riding a livery cycle in the wrong direction on Parliament Street. He then turned right and drove down Reid Street.

When stopped by Police, his speech was slurred and his eyes were blood shot.

At Hamilton Police Station he failed to supply a sample of breath.

Ocejo's lawyer Mr. David Cooke explained that his client had limited funds and was the youngest member of the University's tour party.

Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis then fined Ocejo $200 and disqualified him from all vehicles for 12 months.
