Desiree Evelyn Scraders, 28, of Dock Hill, Devonshire, pleaded guilty to stealing goods worth $61.25 from the MarketPlace in Southampton.

Prosecuting, Police Sgt. Rex Osborne said that Scraders had bought $67 worth of items but had put other items in her handbag.

She attempted to leave the store but was stopped by the manager and the Police were called.
