Mr. Wilken, president of Jardine Matheson International Services Ltd., takes over the position from Eugene Bean, president of Bermuda Aviation Services Ltd.

Mr. Bean stepped down from the committee as serving from more than four years.

He still holds a seat on the exchange's council.

In addition to naming a new chairman, the BSX announced several other changes to the committee. Trading member Randy Sommerville is stepping down and will be replaced by Sean Kelly of Capital G. The Bank of Butterfield's Ian Coulman and David Surmon of Lines Overseas Management have joined as CIS and trading member representatives, respectively, while Peter Everson of Schroders and Trafalgar Securities' Tim Grice have accepted positions as alternates.

The BSX's listing committee is responsible for vetting all listing applications for the exchange.
