Speaking at the seminars are education consultant and author of The College Application and Admissions Process Mr. Ron Ancrum, and Mr. Arthur Affleck, a higher education official for Pennsylvania state.

"Both will provide advice to parents that will enable them to better understand just what the college application process entails,'' a Ministry spokesman said. "They will provide suggestions on ways in which parents should and can become involved as `cheerleaders' in providing advice and guidances to their children during the college planning process.'' In addition to the seminars, there is a College Fair for parents and students from December 1-3 at the Princess Hotel.

The seminars will be held from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday and next Monday at, respectively, Francis Patton Primary, St. Paul AME Church and Warwick Secondary School.
