More than 1,500 corporate listings in 400 categories are listed on 156 pages, ranging from accessories to yacht repairs.

Company president Mr. Kevin Stevenson said the directory took more than 10,000 man hours to compile, process and edit.

More than 1,500 listings were submitted over 16 months.

Mr. Stevenson said: "It's been a long haul and an extraordinary investment, but I think the final product more than justifies our commitment.

"And while I recognise that the directory does not have 100 percent participation by the Island businesses, I believe it will prove enormously useful to doing business in Bermuda, while participation will only increase over time.

Each listing includes telephone and fax numbers, postal and location addresses, nature of business, represented manufacturers and senior personnel.

An initial printing of 5,000 copies was planned. The product was designed by Print Link Ltd. and printed by the Bermuda Press Ltd. Retail price is $9.95.
