Report ordered for molester
indecent acts against two young boys.
Calvin L. Simmons, 32, of Wefo Road, pleaded guilty in Magistrates' Court on Friday to two charges of indecent acts.
On the evening of January 31, Simmons was jogging along the Railway Trail in Sandys with a 10-year old boy, Insp. Peter Duffy, prosecuting, said.
He stopped and encouraged the boy to do some exercises. While the boy was doing so, Simmons, 32, rubbed his groin against the boy. He became scared and ran off.
On May 26, Simmons was working on his bike along the same Railway Trail. He called out to a nine-year old boy to come and help him. After doing this, Simmons picked him up and began rubbing his groin against the boy.
Simmons admitted to having sexual feelings toward young boys when he was subsequently questioned by Police.
Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis adjourned sentencing for August 21 pending the social inquiry report.
