The Ministry of Works and Engineering announced yesterday there will be no charge for any horticultural waste delivered to the Marsh Folly Waste Management Facility.

A Ministry spokesman said workers are composting horticultural waste on the landfill surface to promote soil growth in preparation for the Pembroke Marsh park that will be built on the site.
