Kenneth Patrick Munro of York Street admitted tying his boat to a designated landing area on Ordnance Island, St. George's. He also pleaded guilty to failing to display a registration sticker in the proper place.
Sgt. Wilbert McLean told the court that on April 7, Marine Police on patrol noticed Munro's boat.
Munro argued in court that he was not aware of the designated area and said his registration sticker was displayed on the wrong side of the boat.
