Jessica Jean Suire, of Manhattan, pleaded guilty to the charges.

Sgt. Kenrick James, prosecuting, told the court that on Sunday at 2 p.m Suire arrived at the Civil Air Terminal where she was searched.

"In her luggage they found two packs of cigarette paper and a partially smoked home-made cigarette containing .02 grams of cannabis.''
