According to a writ recorded at Supreme Court on Monday, the bank is suing Lee N. Koehler for $1,499,063.63.

The bank yesterday declined to discuss the action.

"It's a matter which we consider to be between ourselves and the client,'' said the bank's general counsel Mr. David Sussman.

"We don't feel it would be proper to discuss it in more detail.''
