American June James has arranged a seminar which she will present at the end of next month.

At a cost of $350 per person Ms James will coach executives on "class and courtesy''. "Knowledge of proper business protocol and etiquette is key in the public relations field because practitioners regularly interact with clients, company executives and the media in a variety of situations,'' Ms James said.

In the seminar Ms James will spell out etiquette as it relates to new technology like e-mail, faxes, couriers and cell phones. She will say when it is appropriate to send things like thank-you notes, by the various new technology methods.

Ms James said the whole area of business etiquette has been "blossoming in recent years in a world that is thriving in programming like `Beavis and Butthead', `The Simpsons' and `South Park'.'' The Power Image Seminar being offered on November 30 at the Hamilton Princess Hotel, also includes three months of follow-up one-on-one coaching.
